Training Update

It's week 17 of my 36 week ironman schedule and my training is coming along nicely. A sore knee is on the mend due to much additional stretching and foam rolling, and is now much less painful. Apart from that my only aches and pains are those you would expect from the intensity of the training I am doing. My legs are understandably fatigued most of the time, with a heavy leg workout at the gym each week doing it's bit to contribute. This weekend is the biggest so far, with a 3 hour bike ride on Saturday followed by a 50min run, then a long run on Sunday followed by a 50minute bike ride. Roll on Sunday afternoon!!
